Lazy people
Was there before they closed? They lock the door and we’re telling me they were closed when it was still before their closing time when I needed to pick up an important package that they didn’t deliver that day for some reason.

We never had this problem with our old mail carrier before he retired, we can set an alarm at a set time. But the mail carrier we have now, is completely untrustworthy, you don’t know when he’ll show up. Every certified letter we had we always get ‘sorry we missed you’ notices when we’re home because he refuses to come to the front of the house, and we have make a special trip in town just to get our certified mail where it can be brought to he front of the house, we’re sick and tired of it. Just because the car is not there, or not in his view cuz it’s parked in the garage, that doesn’t mean someone isn’t home, there’s always someone at home. When he forced to come back, you can’t hear the horn like he’s afraid to honk it. Some of us don’t have the time of day to watch him to babysit him.

The staff here is wonderful. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because of red tape that really is neon their control.
