Normally this post office does a pretty good job however there was a half a dozen people there this morning during posted hours for Saturday and it was locked up tighter than a drum. I was responding to a notice of a package I needed to pick up.

Missing mail everyday. My regular mail lady won’t even deliver any packages to my house. Screams at me and my family for just reporting missing mail. Stuffs packages that are 2 times the size of a mailbox into MY mailbox. Every time I say I have missing mail it’s “well maybe you should check more, I’m not helping “. She is really unprofessional and it’s sad that out of all the report calls we have made, she has never got fired or anything. Absolutely the worst mail service ever.

Multiple times I've tried to go and the post office is locked, lights off, with no one there even though the door hours and online hours posted say they are supposed to be open. Hours say Mon-Fri 7:30 to 11:30 am. When I get there at 7:40am or even 8am no one is there and no notice as to why, and it's no on a holiday either. Just random days. What is going on?
