So with double the shipping costs to ensure they would receive before CHRISTMAS, as I did not want to disappoint children and grandchildren. Well here it is day after the guaranteed delivery and there is no record of the package ever leaving Bridgeton, MO. Calling to file a claim and it is a 1.5 hour wait on the phone to DC main USPS. The Bridgeton phone number listed just rings through and when answered the line sounds as if it's a fax machine.
