  Outstanding service at this location. They have completely redesigned the store. They have lockboxes that you can rent for $25, $35, or $45. Currently however, the $45 lock boxes are sold out. You can even have the Amazon packages delivered during Christmas or other holidays so you don’t have to worry about them. This goes for Home Depot, Lowe’s and other box stores as well.

  “Racist Staff’s” I believe I was subjected to discriminatory treatment by the staff at this location. I was the only foreign customer in the store, and I was told by staff to pack my box at home and bring it back. I had already brought a pre-packed box with tape on it. Due to freezing weather conditions, I brought the box inside to finish securing it. If customers are not allowed to pack items inside the store, I question the purpose of offering packing and shipping services. Based on this interaction, I strongly feel I was treated differently because of my race or national origin. Had I been a white customer, I do not believe I would have been spoken to or treated in this manner. This experience was unacceptable and constitutes discrimination.

  Been going here for years. Great customer service, friendly and fast. Does what you need to do.

  Excellent staff that have provided assistance with printing, shipping, and Amazon returns. Great attitude and I feel confident my packages are handled with care!
