I am about sick and tired of the United States. Post office is constant excuse and incompetence.. So far just this last month month and a half alone I’ve mailed out three packages. One got damage and had to have a claim filed. One arrived three weeks late and so the person ended up returning the item because it was a eBay sale item and now this third one is inside a plastic sleeve inside a thick and padded envelope and I marked it do not bend and I get told well. It might get bent anyways cause boxes might crush it and I ask well. Why on God’s mirror would you put a box on top of it and then get the excuse well, it’s not an auto out of our control. . You guys need to learn to do your job jobs better or you need to walk away and let somebody responsible take over because us paying fees for shipping all the time and then you damaging things getting them there unbelievably late or making excuses that they could get damaged because you’re too lazy to carefully watch over them is over

We constantly have issues with our postal worker not scanning packages that go out for our business. We even print out a scan sheet and they aren’t scanning that. Then it shows that it hasn’t left our business and end up having upset customers, because it doesn’t update when it gets to other locations.
