Huge bummer but wasn’t too big of a deal cause I had a friend OVERNIGHT the belongings. They shipped them 12/30/25. On 12/31 the store was closed. No one informed him of this cause who would close on NYE a Wednesday?!! The store was also closed 1/1/26 which I expected from a small town but not Branson. Our vacation ended 1/2/26. Before I left town I called the store to see if the package had arrived and was told it hadn’t. I left my name and number so I would hopefully be contacted when it arrived. No call back. As I tracked the package number arrival time wasn’t until 1/5. It’s now Sunday the 18th and I was finally reached out to regarding the package and was told they don’t know what to do. Now I have to wait till Tuesday 1/20 to see how this will be handled. 🙄
