I've never had a bad experience with the customer service here until today. I had brought in a package that I didn't tape up because I wasn't sure if they needed the label that was on one of the bags on the inside. I brought it up to the desk and let the person know I believe her name was Jennifer that I had to send this out I had a QR code ready and wasnt sure if she needed to scan the bags individually all she said was no and just looked at me so I was a bit confused then she asked if the items were going to the same place I said yes and she said it needs packaged (it was in the mailer bag it came in) so I apologized and said I can grab a box she then snatched the bag out of hand and said it says to have the package ready in a very rude tone which shocked me after I just apologized and was going to step out of line to box it up. So I apologized again cause she seemed upset and I didnt mean to make her job harder but I guess I did by not taping the bag up for her which she aggressively proceeded to do after snatching it out of my hand and slapped the label on it. I was in shock from the way she was acting she could've addressed it a nicer way as I wouldve gladly stepped aside to package it so she could've helped the person behind me. I miss the guy that used to work behind the counter he was always so helpful and kind.
