Can you hire some nice Employees. Because the service I received was today was really sad. The female post office worker was extremely hostile showed a lot of animosity toward me. All I was trying to do was mail a letter for my health insurance which I need because I am a diabetic and take insulin and instead, I was met with a bunch of disrespect Hostility anger mean I just want to buy a stamp or two and not pay $40 to mail a damn letter. I finally settled for the dollar and $.90 which is OK but would've been so hard to be polite and kind and nice. I'm a human being too.

They never actually deliver my packages. They leave notes in the mail box. Sorry they missed me. I’ve been home all day waiting for this package! This has happened twice! Now online isn’t working to select pick up. And they won’t answer their phones!

Mail carrier from the blue springs office never delivers packages to the door ,I constantly have to go to post office to pick up packages, after contacting Amazon I was able to set up my account so that all packages ordered from them will be delivered only by Amazon,UPS or FEDEX. Do your job or someone else will. USPS is good for delivering junk mail ,not needed for anything else when there are far superior delivery options than the USPS

I am extremely frustrated with the USPS service in Blue Springs. We moved here 5 months ago, and since then I have had to drive to the post office — 5.6 miles from my home and 15 miles from my work — about 6–8 times just to pick up my packages. The reason? The mail carrier constantly leaves a “missed delivery” or “not fit”notice claiming no one was home, even though there is always an adult at the house during the day. Every other delivery service has no problem delivering packages to my doorstep, but not USPS. In my previous location, if something didn’t fit in the mailbox, the carrier would simply leave it at the door. Here, they just leave a note — and that’s it. I do not have the ability to go to the post office during their business hours, and every time I have to leave work early to make it before they close at 5 PM. This is incredibly inconvenient, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of customer care. zip code 64015
