- DWDalton WilsonOct 16, 20251.0At the moment I'm rating a single star, I have been trying to get through onboarding for 3 days. The Job stackapp does not work correctly, I was instructed to close it twice then reopen it and "it should work fine" only to discover I cannon upload my documents through the app because it is bugged. So I was sent a URL link through email to the desktop page and instructed to fill out my I9 paperwork and upload my documents there. Low and behold, I can upload the documents but I cannot "finish and sign" the page. I have called the Blue Springs location 8 times today as I'm trying to get this resolved. Nobody has answered the phone, a single time. I've asked if I can just bring in my documents so they can photocopy them and I just do actually I9 paperwork ON PAPER, and was told they are not aloud to do that and everything MUST go through jobstack. This stinks of incompetence. Can't get onboarding done for ONE person? How do you dle thousands in payroll? Scary.
