  At the moment I'm rating a single star, I have been trying to get through onboarding for 3 days. The Job stackapp does not work correctly, I was instructed to close it twice then reopen it and "it should work fine" only to discover I cannon upload my documents through the app because it is bugged. So I was sent a URL link through email to the desktop page and instructed to fill out my I9 paperwork and upload my documents there. Low and behold, I can upload the documents but I cannot "finish and sign" the page. I have called the Blue Springs location 8 times today as I'm trying to get this resolved. Nobody has answered the phone, a single time. I've asked if I can just bring in my documents so they can photocopy them and I just do actually I9 paperwork ON PAPER, and was told they are not aloud to do that and everything MUST go through jobstack. This stinks of incompetence. Can't get onboarding done for ONE person? How do you dle thousands in payroll? Scary.

  They have a questionnaire to fill out on a laptop. No mouse, just the pad that can be difficult. If you check a box wrong on the questionnaire there is no way to go back and fix it. Therefore you end up being disqualified from using their service for a year. Unbelievable they would set it up this way. Apparently no one but me ever checks the wrong box. The staff provided no sympathy at all. When I asked if I was screwed she just said "yes for 1 year". Very unfair. Very unprofessional. Very uncaring. Do NOT use these people to try and get a job because they don't care if they can help you or not.

  Wish i could give no stars because the lady couldn't help me get a job, like she only had 2 jobs to give to someone and 1 the company filled it for themselves!!!! Bad services.
