- TMTaylor McLaughlin6 days ago5.0I had to visit the post office today twice. Once around 9AM for support with a certified letter and just recently, around 2:45pm because I dropped something in the mail prematurely, before handling the certified letter this morning. Regarding this morning, I did not catch her name, but the person who helped me with the certified letter was so great and patient. I also saw another clerk, supporting an elderly woman who was very clearly upset. She was extremely kind and understanding to this customer. Regarding my second trip, I probably sounded frantic, but Stephanie was the lucky team member to answer my call. She was so awesome and helpful when I asked her if there was anyway to grab a piece of mail before it was shipped. She didn’t even hesitate and went to check the truck, and was able to locate it.
