Flipped up the flag on the box, just as your website said to. 4 days later, I realized that It was still there, the flag down and mail stuffed all around it. You just cost me $500.00 for being unable to just do your job. I have seriously had it with this driver and post office. To boot, nobody will answer a phone, ever.

I didn’t grab a bubble mailer while I was in line to ship some items back, and was spoken to like I was a toddler when I went back and grabbed one. The lady helping me felt the need to walk me through how to use a bubble mailer, which was so condescending.
