    Wyatt was extremely helpful when I came in rushed, needing help. He told me how long he'd need to do the work, and when I explained my situation, he said he'd do his best to get it done a little faster. He was calm, polite, and explained the procedure to me.

    I have been a box holder at this UPS location for years. The service used to be quick, efficient, with knowledgeable staff who had worked at this location for multiple years. Mail box rentals were reasonably priced with discounts for multiple year leasing agreement. Then a few years ago new owners took over this location. It's gone from bad to worse ever since. First, they doubled the price of box rentals with no option for discount. When I asked about a multi year discount, I was told I was already getting a lower rate. Lower??!! I was paying double previous year. Next, after awhile all of the good, friendly, knowledgeable staff quit, one by one. This suggests miserable working conditions. Legacy staff was replaced by first a team of less knowledgeable but still friendly and relatively competent workers. But those employees eventually all left too. For the past couple of years this shop has been staffed by a revolving door of new people. Every time I go in I am greeted by an entire staff of people I have never seen. This also suggests very bad working conditions. The place ALWAYS smells. Bad. Again, was never an issue before. Now most recently the owners notified box holders that there will be a new pricing structure based on the number of packages individuals receive. Supposedly so they can provide better service. What??!! There has been absolutely NO transparency around the new pricing structure or policies. So now I am paying almost $400/year for a box I need. I receive about 10 packages a month. I no longer receive text messages telling me I have received a package (which was always a reliable service in the past). Instead I receive notifications that I have exceeded my package receipt limit for the month and a new charge will incur. This is my absolute last year holding a box with these people. I'm on the hunt for a new provider. These people do not care about their business, their customers or their employees. Steer clear.
