  Absolutely the rudest customer service interaction I have witnessed in a long time. Manager was zero help and then started yelling to get out of the store while actually walking out of the store. Such a weird interaction, good luck to anyone that has to go in that store.

  Maddy at the Belton, Missouri UPS location was extremely helpful and friendly! Her customer service skills are great and she was efficient and kind.

  WORST UPS, LAZY WORKERS!! Update Requesting an owner or district manager to contact me. I was yelled at by two employees, Samantha and Tammie (if those are their real names), back in December between approximately 1–3 PM, over a box they did not want to tape up or help me with because they were lazy!! They refused to assist, stating that taping boxes was not their responsibility and that my being late to work was not their concern. This was surprising, given that they work in a shipping facility where preparing packages is a routine part of the job. The situation escalated in front of other customers inside the store. One employee, a brown-haired woman, told me to leave and stated that the police were being called. I informed her that I was already leaving, yet she continued to approach me, placing her hand close to my face in a confrontational manner. I asked her to back away, after which she walked off and I exited the store. This entire interaction was unnecessary, unprofessional, and handled very poorly in front of other customers. I've been loyal a loyal customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars going to different UPS store with no issues. I would LOVE to speak to the owner or district manager to formally address this incident and the conduct of the employees involved. UPDATE: Following this incident, I contacted the store to speak with management and spoke with the manager, Wyatt. Unfortunately, this conversation further escalated the situation. Rather than listening to my concerns, Wyatt repeatedly raised his voice, interrupted me, and argued with me. He told me that I was not allowed back at the store and stated that I was “upset because I did not like the results of how he handled the situation.” I attempted multiple times to explain my concern regarding an employee approaching an already upset customer in a confrontational manner, which I believe creates serious safety and liability concerns for both customers and the company. Wyatt refused to address this concern, repeatedly deflected my questions, and ultimately hung up on me rather than listening or offering any resolution. This is to show yall there is some shady stuff going on that store as they do NOT listen to concerns at all, yelling at customers and shoving their in customer face provoking them to fight them I am requesting clear communication and an update on how this matter will be addressed, as I do not feel comfortable returning without knowing that this behavior has been taken seriously.

  I went in to fax paperwork that needed to be postmarked by the next day. I went in before closing and unfortunately their fax was not working. The female employee apologized about the machine, and assured me that if I left it with her (copies, not original) that she would have it faxed first thing and all I needed to do was come pay for it. I appreciated her trusting me and when I showed up today it was already faxed and good to go! Thank you!!
