- GSGiovanni SpezialiDec 22, 20251.0Bought 40 forever stamps today from the automatic dispenser. The stamps were printed incorrectly, most likely (as later confirmed from personnel in a different post office) because the blanks had been loaded in the machine backwards. The QR code was printed on the design part of the stamp, rather than on the white part (see enclosed pictures). When I asked the manager if he would consider replacing those stamps, he proceeded to lecture me that the stamps were fine, that he had already explained the same to another customer (surprise!) and that they looked like that "because that's how Christmas stamps look like". I tried again to make my point that obviously those stamps were not ok, and he concluded with "Do you work here? No? Then I'm telling you that these are ok" I consider his response rude and unprofessional. See enclosed pictures of the stamps in question

When we arrived, there were 2 patrons actually mailing material so the wait was mere minutes. The staff member who worked with us was pleasant, informative, quick, and knowledgeable. Thanks for a totally pleasant experience!
