There was only one person working and the store was very busy. The man in charge had an amazing talent for remembering not just who was next, but what tasks were in progress --from document prints and corrections to packaging and mailing to product purchases to answering questions and finding solutions for each person in line. He restated the order of tasks frequently to let people know he was remembering them. He also worked quickly and efficiently with cheerfulness and without pause, even while juggling many tasks and making adjustments when machines didn't work the first time. The working memory, processing speed and interpersonal skills of this man are a marvel. I truly appreciated his efficiency, competence and cheerfulness under pressure. This is true customer service--not replicable by any machine!
