This store manager is extremely rude and should not be in a leadership position. I called the store to let them know I was provided a return label that instructed me to bottom up my item but the store's representative had told me I didn't need to box it, so I wanted to verify before coming to the store. I was put on hold for approximately 5 minutes for the manager to come on to tell me they wouldn't know unless they scanned it. I asked if I could just provide the number over the phone and was told no. So I drove up to the store with the label, the store manager saw it and immediately told me packing wasn't included with even scanning it. When I said she said she needed to scan it, she said that was only for QR codes and was extremely dismissive. It is obvious they could have told me over the phone if they had first listened to what I said and/or asked a simple clarifying question vs. telling me I needed to come to the store to scan it.

Waited at the counter for ten minutes for a pickup... An associate saw me walk in and went into the back. Two other associates were working on something out front, and never asked if I needed help. Two people walked in behind me, also waited for an extended period of time. Terrible customer service.

I was charged $152 to send a small envelope internationally — way higher than normal rates — and the employee Bob was rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience at this FedEx location.

Disappointed…. I usually go to the Clarkson and Manchester location but their large format printer was down. So I come in to this location I will start off saying Trevor was extremely helpful in getting things set up and the printing started. But once the printing was supposedly complete, I noticed it didn’t print several of the pages and completely skipped the second copy. Trevor was not available to help so I’m guessing the manager was there to “help”.
I tell her that several pages were missing from the first copy and the entirely second copy didn’t print. She looked at the print job and found the missing pages. Then when I asked about the second copy I paid for, she asked to see my receipt. I showed her and she stated “just so you know we should be charging you an additional $80 fee to have it printed, I’ll let it go this time but for future reference”.
I’ve used the large format printers numerous times and never had an issue or “added fee”. But if that’s in fact an actual FedEx fee ok. But she acted like she did me a favor by “letting it go today” but then she prints the second copy smaller than I paid for. I paid for 32 pages at 24”x36”. But for 16 pages at 24”x36” was just under $100 and the other 16 pages (second copy) were printed in 18”x24” which is under $50. So she in fact did not let the spontaneous fee go for today, instead she gave me a smaller size I did not pay for. So there’s a big difference in printing costs…
At the time it finished and I realized it was the wrong size, there was a line of customers out the door. So “I’m letting it go this time”.

This was my first time shipping something internationally. Trevor from FedEx was kind and helpful. He answered all my questions and the whole process felt really easy thanks to his help. Thank you Trevor!
