- WKWhite KnightNov 22, 20251.0absolute worst company i have ever seen, i sent a package guaranteed 10 day delivery, its been stuck in the Chicago Wearhouse for 6 months with all departments of the usps giving me a never ending run around, saying wait, just wait, just wait, then when my time to file a complaint is a few days from coming they send me a form, that i should have every receipt for every item know the exact day each was purchased, who keeps receipts this long after a purchase? and many items were bought second hand, and you cannot complain about the overall workings or experience with usps, because the "surveys" are rigged in a way where you can only complain about the person who handled the call, you cannot complain about anything else related to the company.... they are from hell thats all i can say, i will never use this company again
