- MCMaxine Covarrubias5 days ago1.0I have the hardest time getting them to answer the phone, I am sure they have Caller Id and know who is calling. The town is small so they know when there is a question or issue with that person. It’s unfortunate. I have tried all times of the day and nothing. Hopefully they will route all the mail to a bigger neighboring city so we can get the help we need. My delivery driver is fantastic my only issue it with the lack of communication at the postal building. I prefer to call so i don’t waste anyones time going down there if I can just get a answer over the phone. They keep hanging up and then forward it. I’m not a fool. I know they just don’t wanna answer the phone.
