The lady working the desk everytime I've stopped in is SO nice. She's been so helpful and kind with all my random mailing needs.

We argued about mailbox location as soon as we move into our new house. They wouldn’t deliver anything to us even big boxes that wouldn’t even fit in the mailbox. We placed a new mailbox and apparently it was a couple inches further back so the lady couldn’t reach it. Instead of leaving us a note or anything they just decided not to deliver mail. When I called up there and I asked what was going on I was able to speak to someone and they said it was too far back. I said how come there was no note left? No response. The way we found out that our mail was being held was packages saying “held at the post office, customers request” which wasn’t true at all. The next day packages were delivered but then there was a note in the mailbox, saying I need to be moved. I was told that the mail carrier has the final say on where the box is at which don’t give me wrong. I don’t have an issue moving it but I wish they would’ve said something instead of just not delivering the mail.
So now we have the mailbox taken care of the mail started to be delivered but now the issue is that when she delivers packages, she leaves them at the edge of the front porch so everyone can see them instead of putting them by the door. I’ve never had this many issues with USPS but I’ve had some really good mail carriers in the past.
