  The Arnold UPS store should assume control of USPS. They are efficient, knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. I don’t ask for much in regards to Customer Service. But a smile goes a long way and the Arnold UPS store goes over and above that. Sadly, I don’t usually get that kind of service at my local USPS with the exception of one usps person that works at the desk.

  I dropped by the UPS Store today to ship a box, and honestly, it was the most thrilling thing that happened to me in a 24‑hour period. I’m not saying my life is boring, but when I placed that box on the counter, I felt a rush normally reserved for scratch -offs and tax refunds. The clerk scanned it with the gravitas of someone initiating a top‑secret mission. The label printed out like a tiny paper miracle. For a brief, shining moment, I felt like the star of a very low‑budget adventure film titled The Errand That Mattered. When they carried my box to the back, I swear I heard triumphant music in my head. That was it. That was the highlight. And you know what? It was glorious. Five stars UPS Store.

  I specified that the reason I was having UPS ship the package was that I was not satisfied with the US Postal system. And now when trying to track the package (9405511899561971046325) I find that you gave it to the US Postal system! What was suppose to be a next day shipment is taking 4 days (if it arrives when they are saying)! It ended up being 9 days delivered 12/15/25.
