- DMDerek McKinneyDec 13, 20181.0I have had nothing but problems with their front counter clerk I have been respectful and courteous only to be met with a rude and snotty attitude I am so sorry you have to do your oh so very hard job of making a shipping label and taking my money that is when you aren't on break or closing early when your sign says open until 4pm I guess it means if you feel like it otherwise between 2 and 3:30. Really need to be looking into getting new front counter help. This is not meant to reflect badly on the rural carriers they do an outstanding job and have always been nothing but friendly and helpful.
