Where do i start no one ever answers the phone ive had many packages jammed into my mailbox and broken smashed or ripped open. I get the notification that they are unable to deliver if the carrier isnt able to jam the box into my mailbox I am 99% sure they just toss it out the window up by my garage. I have lost so many letters and packages. I consistently get other people's mail miles up the road. It's gone down hill when I first moved in the mail person I had was great 14 years ago now im lucky if I get all my mail intact or delivered at all and when I have called about it nothing is done. Ive had important packages go undelivered for days and get returned to sender. And as someone else stated in these reviews sometimes it feels personal or petty.

Constantly don't deliver packages. Claim they attempted delivery hours before our mail actually shows up (if they even bother with that). Close early which is not allowed since they are federal. Never fill out signature or delivery tags. Absolutely horrible! Plus they have pets in the mail delivery vehicles which is inappropriate.

Worse service ever!! Hopefully no one gets packages that can be broken or get wet because the carrier stood at the bottom of the stairs to front deck and flung our packages up which landed in snow. There are 5 stairs, area with no snow and plenty of decent places to set a package down. If he didn't want to walk up the 5 stairs, set them at the bottom. Very simple concept and just plain rude. Confronted him the next day to politely ask him just to leave packages at the bottom of the stairs instead of throwing them into the snow or onto the deck, he responded that he doesn't care; he gets paid to do a job, not to be professional or care about others. Great person for our community :-(
