    Spent hours on the phone with these people trying to ensure my package was delivered in safe and secure location to my front door. First guy said no problem I’ll add it in. Guess what, package delivered to wrong location. When I called to ask why the delivery instructions weren’t followed he said there were no instructions put in. Manager less than helpful. Didn’t see an issue. If you want to actually get your package delivered I highly recommend another service.

    Guy who works there told me he could not give me a tracking receipt for my package but assured me it would get out on the next delivery. My package never arrived where it was supposed to go! This was so shady and he probably stole it. Not happy that I'm out money for that and I have nothing to provide for tracking to get my money back!

    Did Amazon returns at this location this morning. Amazon app was not functioning properly. Jon K was great!! Super resourceful!!     Hello, I would like to speak to the owner of this UPS store or the direct manager of the person who's managing. When I arrived at the store, we couldn't locate a package I had sent over 2.5 days ago (early Monday morning). This package contained a almost 50,000 USD check that I had to send to a bank. When I arrived at the store, the manager there, Van, talked to me. Van explained to me that because somehow I had picked the cheapest option to go with USPS, they couldn't find my package. I started asking about who picked up the package, how to locate that person, facility name, how do they know the person who picked up the check is legit USPS employee, etc. In the middle of our conversation, another employee of Van, started berating me with rhetorical questions like he's telling me how stupid it is to ask about these things about USPS. I was not even talking to him, and had not even spoken to him even once. He was listening to the conversation, instead of focusing on his work, he started berating me because he thinks I ask stupid questions. I asked Van if this behavior is acceptable and he made it sounds like it is. Van is professional and I have no complaint about thim and perhaps I had lost my cool because I lost 50,000 USD and would have to go through a ton of trouble to void the check and had my other bank send the check me, etc. I want to make a serious complaint about this other employee. He's a talk guy with black hair, a little on the heavy side. Van wouldn't give me his name but given I wasn't even speaking with him at all, why does he even need to berate me. All he did was exacerbates this entire situation. I am giving this place a 1 star rating because of this experience and I like to make sure the owner of this place understands that this happened and I believe it is not acceptable. Potentially losing a 50k check would be stressful for almost anyone. we didn't need this person to aggravate me.
