- JVJust S VJan 22, 20261.0Should have paid attention to all the one star this place got. This place is horrible. One of the worse. Had a conversation on the phone regarding size and being in booklets and asked for a quote. They sent me a quote and it was steep but I was short on time so I said go ahead. My husband picked it up and it was not to the promised size or in booklets or at least organized. I brought it back, they were HUGE. They said the size was sent to them like that and I told them we had a conversation on the phone and the person on the phone said he understood so long as I sent him what I wanted on it. They looked at the email they sent me and it had no dimensions mentioned on that and pretty much said too bad. I said a possible reprint and I’d pay a little more to get it corrected. They wanted me to pay full for their mistake and then extra order. The sales guy was uncalledly rude. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I’ve gone to other FedEx print and they were great, didn’t make mistakes and were really sweet. I went somewhere else and got it done correctly.
