- MTMargie Tomsic3 days ago1.0The delivery driver delivered to the wrong house when I had the right address on it. They refused to acknowledge their mistake. Never use FedEx ground especially from the west St. Paul office. Terrible online service. Uses Ai refuses to let me speak to a person.

Yesterday got from bad to worse, the clerks kept shouting to people that walked in "Make a line"! Upon walking in they can simply put a sign instead of the constant shouting and, to some extent shaming people. It felt as if they were doing people a favor - I had to leave and shipped from somewhere else. I'll drive further for better service from now onwards.
