I made an appointment on Monday the 23rd of February for the 24th.I went in for my passport and it was busy. Queen was there to help me along with other people coming in, there was also another gal working to help them too. Both ladies were top notch, quick and very friendly and helpful. Queen was an absolute treat to deal with, she was very knowledgeable and polite, respectful. I was in and out of the post office in less than 30 min which I thought was impressive in itself

Had to get my passport today, and it went better than I ever could have imagined. I didn't have an appointment but they fit me in anyway and it was my wife and I that needed the passports. We had only been in the building for 15 mins, and we had our photos taken, our passport processed and we were walking out before we knew it. I had never seen someone work so quickly and efficiently in my life, it was incredible and Im so happy of how well it went.

Lobby locked on Friday evening, Dec. 19, 2025. I drove 5 mi. to drop off a package which is now delayed by days because of the weekend. Waste of time, gas and energy in this cold, windy weather. I'm giving you 3 stars instead of 1 because the clerks at the counter are the best. Your lobby attendant apparently isn't.
