  Great place to get documents notarized. The staff is very efficient and Nicholas in particular was very helpful and friendly. This will be the place I get documents notarized from now on!

  Worst experience ever… PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Went in there to get a label for Amazon return and had to wait 15-20 mins with failed attempts of nothing showing for the label… this never ever happen before at my other UPS store. don’t know why they gonna not fix their shitty printer or pc.

  Tried dropping off a return from the original retailer through “happy returns” and was bluntly told “we can’t take it.” Contacted the original retailer and they said they partner with UPS so I went back to the store and they pretty much shrugged and said “oh, our systems are down, that’s why we can’t take it.” If they would’ve told me that to begin with, I could’ve saved a lot of time by just going to the Maplewood store where the customer service is WAY better.

  There was a gentleman, named Tarnell, that helped me today at the Hwy 61, White Bear Lake, UPS location. I explained I needed a sensitive item wrapped and packed from possible damage. Tarnell took the time and packaged my item beyond my expectation. Thank you, Tarnell! Your parents would have been proud of your professionalism and work ethic you possessed in our exchange today. #respect Doug
