  I called and asked if they have any faxing services. They finally returned my call like 3 or 4 days later 😂 said they didnt offer faxing services at the moment and to go to another ups store Well I had already went to FedEx at that point

  That location is always well-staffed and prompt in attending to my needs. They are a +10/10 UPS location.

  I have come to rely heavily on this store and it's helpful and friendly staff. I visit the Egan location more frequently, but was met with the same friendly and helpful type of staff at the West St Paul location as well. I believe that speaks volumes about the company wide approach that shows in how they do what they do.
