- RKRob KAug 12, 20251.0Was encouraged and strongly suggested to write p.o. box on envelope and now my package was never delivered to the correct place. Waste of 16$ and now I have to do it all over again, but probably at another usps.
- SYSue YoungFeb 19, 20251.0I was waiting on a package to be delivered thru USPS in Wells,mn area .I was notified by Amazon that the mail carrier couldn't deliver, so I called the Wells post office to inquire .The gal at the Wells Post Office told me it was there and I could pick it up ,she told me it was a large package and to go to the back door that it would be easier to load from there . So I did what she told me to do and when I got there she was very rude asking me why I came thru the back door ! Told her I had called yesterday and was told by the gal that I talked to on phone call to come to the back door ! We'll she jumped ALL over me for doing it . How else would I know to go to the BACK door if I wasn't told where to go !!! I apoligized a couple times told her it was a misunderstanding . That the gal I talked to on the phone told me what to do ....she came back saying it was HER I talked to and she NEVER told me to come to the back door , that the front door is for customers ! She was very RUDE about the whole experience.
