The comments below are misleading, I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a quick, easy passport appointment.

The next available appt didn’t show up after ours and he still wouldn’t accommodate. William was at the front desk and was unprofessional, RUDE and I will never be retuning back to this location.

Despite having our confirmation page, we were turned away and told there was a “different” confirmation we needed something that turned out to be untrue. We scheduled another appointment at a different post office using the exact same confirmation and had no issues there. The staff member we dealt with at the Wayzata location was unhelpful and had very poor customer service. After checking reviews, it seems we’re not the only ones who’ve had this experience. I’d recommend avoiding this location.
