- BEBradley EricksonOct 27, 20251.0Had a passport appointment for my child and arrived 10 minutes early with all required paperwork. Despite having our confirmation page, we were turned away and told there was a “different” confirmation we needed something that turned out to be untrue. We scheduled another appointment at a different post office using the exact same confirmation and had no issues there. The staff member we dealt with at the Wayzata location was unhelpful and had very poor customer service. After checking reviews, it seems we’re not the only ones who’ve had this experience. I’d recommend avoiding this location.
