- NTNancy TDec 31, 20251.0Slow… pre labeled packages constantly don’t get scanned in onsite delaying tracking and don’t always leave same day. Don’t have this issue with any other post office. Staff not as friendly. Ship often but will be driving out of my way to the next office from now on.

Was suppose to have a package delivered to me yesterday 9/11/17 as it arrived in Waite Park at 505am and didnt even move since then and since this review. Same thing happened before and it took over a week for movement. I wish the mail would not flow through this facility. Whats the point of paying the employees good money and benefits if they cant even do their job decently. Disgusting!!! Waite Park is full of thieves at the postal facilities. The postmaster better investigate and fire the worthless people who are disrupting service and stealing.

Recently I got a job near the Waite Park one so I've been using this one to ship out my packages. HUGE mistake. Since I've been using them I've lost 4 packages. The other packages that I sent with them got scanned and sent. All of which I dropped off at the same time. All 4 of them were Victoria's Secret items. I'm reporting this post office because this is not the first time one of your employee's have stolen someone else's mail.
