I was having a rough day walking into the store and the employee, Blake, must’ve been able to tell because he greeted me professionally and warmly, asking me how I was doing. We ran into an issue when my card declined but he was very respectful about it and didn’t make me feel bad at all for it, he just kept making polite small talk with me while I figured out another way to pay. As I left he told me to have a great day and a very merry Christmas, after the day I had this really helped me. Blake was a perfect example of what a UPS employee should be. 10/10.

Walked away as I walked up, ignored me for 3-4 min's, then told me to go use self check out(Amazon) if I wanted to get out of there. Good wato to lose customers and get one star reviews. Reported to UPS corporate & Amazon.
