At a certain point I take the letter back out of my mailbox and drive over an hour to pay the bills that were suppose to be sent by mail. Straight neglectful people.

The woman told us the carrier fell coming up our steps therefore it was dangerous to deliver mail so the carrier just stopped with no note or explanation. It snows in Minnesota from Nov to April so the snow shouldn't come as a surprise and since the carrier always walked thru 3 ft of snow in our yard we didn't think there was an issue. We never use our front steps so we figured if there was an issue the carrier would have left a polite note explaining this and we would have been happy to help. Communication folks. Plain and simple. If we don't know there is an issue we can't fix it. And this post office has always lost our mail or delivered it to the wrong address.
