- CEChris EvansSep 5, 20251.0Ive had letters in my mailbox with the flag up for days, sometimes weeks before they finally get taken and sent out if it even happens at all before bills become overdue. At a certain point I take the letter back out of my mailbox and drive over an hour to pay the bills that were suppose to be sent by mail. Straight neglectful people.

I am pretty sure I have paid way more to send packages than I needed to because they don't tell you about cheaper options. It's the people who deliver mail that get one star! My outgoing packages that are clearly hanging on the mailbox in a bag with the flag up are never taken (but they took the mail in the box??) and I have to end up driving downtown to mail them personally. I see our mailman drive by our street three times almost every day because they never remember to give people their packages so they have to continue coming back around the neighborhood. I've also been near my door when they have delivered packages to me and they just toss them up from the bottom of the steps to the top! There's no reason for this and things have been broken before because of it. They clearly hire the bottom of the barrel here. I run a business from home and packages not being picked up is unacceptable!
