- KKKelly KuharikSep 6, 20255.0I have never had an issue here, they have always been helpful and pleasant even with half their customers coming in agitated and completely unprepared or knowledgeable about shipping something. If you don’t want to wait in line, you can use their website or the kiosk in the lobby 24/7.

The woman that had me was arguing with the teller that she didn't want to pay $11 for a package. The next person in line wanted 20 stamps. She kept looking for the stamps and she finally found seven. It was finally my turn and in the middle of the transaction the teller got a phone call on her cell phone and walked away from the counter to talk on the phone. I would recommend going to Bayport post office a few miles away, way better service.

Called them Friday when it didn't show up and was told id be called the next morning before the carrier left so they could search the truck. Never received a call Saturday morning. The mail came Saturday afternoon and Kenny took that phone call. Was extremely rude, couldn't get my last name right. Continued to pronounce it wrong after the 5th time I let it go. Told me if it wasn't here they didn't have it. I asked Kenny if he could guarantee me that the person on the route didn't drop it off somewhere else. No he can't guarantee that. He also took my number and said I would receive a phone call after the truck was searched. Still waiting on that phone call. Very poor customer service and my checks a very decent amount. Extremely uncomfortable with the fact that anyone could have it right now and the employees at the post office do not care.
