- TMTylet MartinAug 15, 20251.0Complete joke. Do Not go through usps. No costumer satisfaction, the post Master completely rude and disrespectful. They lost my package and didn't do anything to help. "Driver left a note" is all I got. I. Got lip everything I went in to aquire about my package. 3 days no help no sign of getting resolved. Now I have to put in a claim and a complaint. It's like there running a racket. No sympathy no care complete joke. -5 star. Heed my advice FedEx or ups do Not go through the postal service they will steal "lose" your package 95% of the time.
- DKDevlyn KleinJul 10, 20251.0i had a package supposed to be delivered the 7th it arrived at the post office and they delayed it to the next delivery day which i was fine with, but they sent it back? it would’ve been a LOT easier for them to just have it sit waiting for it to be delivered the worst part about it when i found out they sent it back i didn’t even get a refund for my item that i had purchased 🤷🏼♀️
- JJJenn JFeb 12, 20251.0Why can't we get the correct mail in our PO Box? Why do we get a huge stack of envelopes ONCE a week?? Why is it impossible to get in the doors as someone who IS Disabled?? Why are the entrance doors backwards??? I can say in all the post offices I've been in all over Minnesota this is the most trashy, floors are a mess year round. Why isn't Stacy trying harder, do they even have any pride in this building? I know the building is rented I was told. The Sidewalks have been so slippery and to be honest there is not much of an area of sidewalk. From the looks of people's comments they would like to see some changes in this community. Is there a plan for a facelift besides the blue paint on the outside? Can we get the parking lot re-paved? The citizens have some very important concerns we would like addressed. Time will tell. Simple changes can make a huge difference!
