They could not manage to take photos nor print them properly, and insisted we'd have to come back in an hour or more to redo it all. This isn't easy with a small child and it wasted a huge amount of time. Don't make the same mistake I did.

UPS on grand was going to charge a $5 fee to print a shipping label.. the friendly staff here helped me to print my label for .23 cents... and shared in the future to come back for my shipping needs :)

But there's something that just rubs me the wrong way when I walk into the store and there are multiple employees who are having clearly audible personal conversations that don't even stop to welcome a guest in. It goes a long way to just let a person know.Hey thanks for coming in and doing business at our location end with us. We appreciate it and value. Or maybe pause the personal conversation and just come up to the people using the self service machines and ask if anyone needs assistance or is everything okay. But that must have been one heck of a personal conversation that they couldn't be bothered to break away from it. At least I was able to get the latest gossip from the fedex office staff.
