  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with DHL. My partner sent me a parcel containing a promise ring, something that meant a lot to me. I specifically recommended using DHL instead of other courier services because I trusted their reliability and professionalism. Unfortunately, the parcel was never delivered. I repeatedly explained to DHL that I can only be reached via email. I asked several times for guidance on how to pay the VAT so the package could be released, but I was never provided with a payment link or clear instructions. After several days without a solution, the parcel was simply returned to the sender. This was very upsetting because the delivery could have been completed if proper support had been provided. To make matters worse, even after the parcel was returned, my partner has still not received a refund for the shipping costs.DHL when are you gone refund the money since the package has already been returned??????! This experience has been very disappointing and frustrating, especially since I trusted DHL to handle such an important delivery. I hope DHL improves their customer support and communication so other customers do not experience the same situation. DHL keeps responding with the same link to contact customer service, but this is exactly what we have already been doing with no resolution. Since the parcel has already been returned to the sender, it is now DHL’s responsibility to contact the sender and process the refund for the shipping charges. The service was not fulfilled, and sending the same customer service link repeatedly does not resolve the issue. We are requesting that DHL reach out to the sender directly and arrange the refund without further delay!
