  The staff at FedEx in SLP were so incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed in a pinch. Really appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile!

  Mark, the location manager, did an outstanding job taking care of me and my shipment! He is fast, friendly, professional and the best Fedex employee I have had the pleasure of working with! Don't waste your time anywhere else if this location is close to you!

  I had a great experience at this FedEx Office while preparing print materials for my wedding. I had multiple poster orders, and Mih’Rena and Ya’Shea went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out perfectly. They took the time to double-check sizing and quality, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure we were completely satisfied before printing. Their attention to detail and kindness made a stressful to-do so much easier. Thank you for helping bring our wedding details to life!

  Greatest customer service I’ve ever encountered. I had an issue with a printer, and one employee personally escorted me to another store to ensure my printing job was immaculate.

  The employees in this store ignore their customers. I counted 4 employees on site and only one was helping customers. I had to wait over much longer than anticipated on my lunch break. This location has some of the laziest workers I have ever come across. Older lady even made eye contact with me and still ignored me and proceed to look at her phone. Mirela or whatever their name was, was the rudest! Her behavior blew me away! Not only was she super nasty and sarcastic, but when I told her I didn't like the way she was treating me, she began laughing in my face! I would recommend an alternate FedEX Office location.
