  I’m a frequent customer, 3-5 times a week. I’m greeted every morning with a good morning, huge smile and it’s always a very personable experience! I have outstanding customer service every time, no matter when or who waits on me. They go above and beyond for any services I may need. I am thankful they are close and reasonable prices! To Ms Tyson who wrote the false review in March 2026. I was in line not far behind that day. First and foremost, you were acting ridiculous, you were loud, yelling and being completely rude. They were trying to help you, along with 10 other people kindly and quickly, she was going to call the cops for good reason, you were extremely irrational and so rude. I was embarrassed for you honey. If I was the staff, I would have called the cops. The employee was almost in tears, shame on you! Not one customer in there was pleased with your scene!

  What I noticed today was very unfair. A manager at this FedEx location. It was very rude to a woman. I was there for the whole situation. I didn’t know what was going on at first, but I know the gentleman had walked up to the lady. She asked for a refund. Another lady walked up and said make sure that you count every last one of those cards cause they always be trying to get things for free. I didn’t understand what she meant. Then the woman produced her receipts. The manager continue criticizing, the woman. The woman tried to stand up for herself and told her that she’s wrong for doing that. It says something about God don’t like ugly. Then the manager told her she’s gonna call the police on her which I don’t know why if the police would’ve came in here and arrested that lady this was a situation that did not have to escalate this way, but thank God the manager did not call the police because it would’ve been wrong if she did whoever that young lady was I’m sorry that that woman treated you that way and I hope she get what she deserve. That manager was really wrong for how she treated her and even told the lady you people always want something for free but of my knowledge I thought the woman paid for something and just wanted her money back and they got all of their product back, but the humiliation for that woman must truly sad that manager needs to be fired for treating that woman that way

  I walked in to this location and a young lady was standing there asking for a refund which they must have messed something up The way the manager talked to that woman told her you people are always trying to get free stuff it looks like the lady wasn't asking for nothing for free. She was asking for a refund then the manager threatened to call the police on her. I don't understand why the lady was not loud. The lady was not rude. The manager was very rude talking about the woman expressing how she's begging for stuff. She's never been right since she came inside the store, but obviously it looks like their customer service needs a little help. The lady did nothing wrong. She just asked for a refund. I didn't know people can treat people so horribly and if that lady did call the police on her that would have been a false report and just think about that. What if the police came and arrested that woman for nothing for just trying to get a refund and she wasn't even rude. I don't know about coming back to this FedEx if they treat people this way, regardless of her color. That was really wrong for that manager to do that to her and the store was pretty packed. How embarrassing!

  To Whom It May Concern, My name is Shaontay Tyson. I am writing to formally report a very concerning experience I had at the FedEx Office location at 2423 W Division St, St. Cloud, MN regarding a recent print order for business cards. I visited the store to pick up business cards for my nonprofit organization, Soul Sisterhood, and paid approximately $146.in cash for the order. When I received the cards, the quality was extremely poor and did not match what I requested or paid for. The cards were printed on paper that felt very thin and unprofessional, not the heavier cardstock that I was told would be used. Some of the cards were also damaged. When I calmly asked about the issue and requested a refund or correction, the manager became confrontational. Instead of assisting me in resolving the problem, she threatened to call the police on me while I was simply requesting a refund for a product that did not meet the quality I paid for. During this interaction, the manager made a comment that was extremely offensive and inappropriate. She stated, “You people always want something for free.” This statement was humiliating and discriminatory, especially in front of other customers in the store. As a customer and a nonprofit founder, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. I believe this situation was handled very poorly, both in terms of product quality and customer service. I am requesting that FedEx Office: 1. Conduct a review of this incident and the employee’s conduct. 2. Address the discriminatory comment that was made. 3. Ensure that customers are treated fairly and respectfully in your stores.
