  Fedex st cloud shipping to home is horrible. Driver (Francisco) never loaded and unloaded packages on his truck 6 days in a row. There was never an attempt to deliver. All lies. Horrible. My suggestion is pick an online seller that doesn't use fedex. My wife and I are both waiting for packages for same fraud company and driver. I called customer service and they put an urgent delivery notice on tracking. Like that will do anything. Fraud. Beware

  FedEx driver for Melvin, Iowa I just wanna say thank you for dropping off my chewy packages from the farthest point from my door that you could find. I’m a disabled senior. I hope you are proud of your choice of drop off locations. I realize it’s the holiday and you’re rather busy but if you don’t like your job, you could always go work in a gas station. Where I live I rent and yes, I know the people that own the house blocked me off from Google so you cannot find me on the map that is not my fault but to take the packages and heavy packages when the driveway, the walkway, and the porch and all around the front door was shoveled. There is a path from the street to the front door that I make sure stays shoveled for deliveries I pray this doesn’t happen to your grandma or your wife or your daughter. You must be so proud of yourself snicker snicker snicker I can’t imagine what went through your mind today to say oh I think I’ll leave these heavy packages as far away from the door as I can get them because you know it’s Christmas and this is the Christmas spirit I want to extend to my FedEx customers. Thank you for your generosity. I only pray what you are out doing comes back to you tenfold bless your heart. I hope someone from FedEx reads this and knows how the drivers delivered to the 51350 area merry Christmas.

  Was out of town last weekend. Snowed about 2 inches while we were gone. The female driver slammed down my two boxes of candles, and left a nasty note on the package. We normally have our driveway clear, and sidewalk clean and salted. Don't think it was that big of an issue for her and definitely didn't need the note and broken candles. Hope she finds a career she is happy at someday 😊

  It would be helpful if they opened earlier than 9:30 AM that’s not very helpful for early morning business people

  Would not recommend pickup at this location, they can not meet their promised 4-6pm pickup times.
