- OCold channelMar 9, 20261.0I went to this location they pretty much told me that I wasnt allowed the change my childrens address despite and email from USPS and USPS customer service saying i could they refused to look at the email. The lady helping me told me she won't even try or look at anything. Then She scanned the barcode and said see it says your daughters name and that the email and USPS customer service was lying to me and that I can't change her address. She said I needed to do the family option and when I told her it told me to do three separate ones she said eell then you cant nothing you can do. She went to the back to ask the post master and he said the same thing. I went to another location all of a sudden my documents and my ID are accepted my kids change of address was complete within 5 mins of me being on the property. All they did was scan my ID and check my documents and it went in the system. I filed a complaint about this location if you and your kids have different last name dont bother with this location.
