3 missing packages in 5 days and apparently they don’t know how to answer the phone. I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to get answers cause they don’t wanna answer the phone. And again another package goes missing, the lady at the counter is horrible and should not be in a customer service position.

Went into the post office to address why my mail was being held. Before I called twice today and the phone rang for 45+ minute with no answer. I arrived at 4:40 and had to leave work early to address this issue. When I arrived Coyia told me my mail WASNT on hold and that informed delivery takes pictures at the “Eagan Location” when I told her I understood what she was saying but that was NOT the case here and that my mail was on HOLD. She raised her voice at me and kept telling me I didn’t understand and mail takes 2-14 days. I told her it said delivered and she continued to yell at me saying my mail isn’t on hold and it will come in 2-14 days. I told her I received a slip saying my Mail was on hold and she continued to argue with me saying it wasn’t. All I wanted to know was if the mail that said it was delivered was returned to the sender or not. She stormed off and continued to raise her voice telling me to have a goodnight. The manager I requested to talk to was helpful and was able to answer my questions professionally. He also confirmed my mail WAS on hold and that the packages she claimed were at the Eagan location WERE returned to the sender. Coyia was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered. I haven’t received mail in two weeks and have been calling to get this figured out since I’m not available during there business hours. This interaction with Coyia was the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. For anyone who has issues with this office you all need to submit a complaint via email to have a paper trail because it seemed as if she can talk and treat anyone any type of way knowing she’s a union employee and that her manager can’t do anything about it. Disgusting behavior. Find a new job if you are unhappy with the one you have, don’t mess with people’s lives.

I was served by a very bad-tempered lady, she didn't want to help me, she sent me home without checking anything. Terrible service.
