- LDL. D.Dec 12, 20235.0Very happy with the service this post office provides. I have several packages come through during the springtime that contain either hatching eggs or baby chicks. They are mindful about keeping them in the front area so they stay warm. They take the time to call immediately and early in the morning or leave a message to let me know when they have arrived. It's a tremendous relief because fluctuating temps can effect hatch rates of eggs and survivability of chicks.

I use the PO a lot between work and home and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with our Sleepy Eye office. Even with having shipping issues with other offices or regional offices our local staff was able to help track down packages and make things easier.

Every person there, from residential delivery, to the behind the scenes, to working the counter is top notch. They care about your packages and mail and offer stellar customer service. Eighteen years I have lived here and it continues to be a model perfect post office. They take mail service seriously, and always offer friendly service. I feel lucky to have them as my carriers. When I have to go into the office itself, I always leave feeling happy. That's because they give you sincere customer service with a small town smile and you leave feeling happy.
