I asked her to print something and she directed me to self help. I only came to this site for convenience sake to get two copies of a flyer printed on 11x17. She refused to help and kept going in the back room so that when I had a question, I had to call out to her. Never again!!!

At 3:28 the tracking changed to state that delivery was attempted but unable to deliver because no one was available to receive. That is an outright lie because not only were we home all day but we were working outside in the front yard near the driveway from about 1:00 - 4:00 and at no time did a fedex truck drive in the driveway or even down our road. Besides that, no signature was required so even if we weren’t home, it could have been left on the porch.
