I have had mail on top of mail box, small packages smashed into the mailbox and mail never picked up. Just care about your job. I am far from being person, but this is ridiculous.

And you need more people working. It is the holiday season. And I couldn't even mail what I needed to because I didn't have time to wait for a half hour. Third time this week I've tried to mail something. I seen other reviews about the annoying clerk that talks too much. Maybe you should pay attention to your customers and get rid of him.
