- GGGreg1 day ago5.0I'm new to town and had a package returned to sender because I didn't have my mailbox set up. I stopped by the post office a few days later and the clerk went to search for my package even though I told her it was probably gone already. She found it and brought it to me. I really appreciated her help and kindness.

They have misplaced 5 packages in 6 months. I call rarely does someone answer. When they do answer they say they cannot help me and I need to submit a ticket online. Useless.
