I was just trying every number in the postal offices I could find for help, and this wonderful caring person named Joanne at Sartell post office answered. We explained our situation and she did all she could to help and it worked out. Thank you so much, Joanne, for helping us in a stressful situation. She certainly went above and beyond for us, and I can’t tell you how much we appreciate it.
