It is true and that we can not judge the whole post office base on one experience. I’ve been there for years and had always had good experiences until the day I saw most of them did not respond to customers much and unfriendly. Luckily me, the same day I saw that happened, I talked to a gentleman who was very professional and polite. Still like this place despite all negatives

Absolutely 0 stars - worst ever of ANY place ever. Ever. Used to be great, good staff, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable. Niw? 30 minutes to get near a counter, a staff woman who took 5 mintes to count change for me, dropped change all over for the man in the wheelchair, would not answer when spoken too and would not make eye contact- kept looking down. She was rude and spent an inordinate amount of time avoiding work in front of her. Who is doing the hiring???

For some reason, they were closed fifteen minutes early today. There was a guy just standing in the doorway to tell me (and others) that they're closed and asking if we had anything to drop off. I understand wanting to get out on time, but literally an entire parade of people and cars came in after I got back to my car. All the people standing by the door trying to get in backed up traffic, which was constant with car after car coming in. Very clear they get busy in their last fifteen while people are coming off work, but with it being so close to the holidays, it was sad to watch all those people stand outside with their packages looking confused.

Fast, easy and reliable. They even gave us a bit of free tape for our package. Nice people working on Black Friday!
