She was incredibly kind from the moment I walked up, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. She took the time to answer my questions, made the whole process easy, and went out of her way to be helpful. It’s not always you come across customer service like that, and it made a big difference. Really appreciate her professionalism and positive attitude.
- ELEzra LeCroixApr 19, 20261.0About a year ago, this USPS reorganized their PO boxes, and everyone who had a box had their box’s address label placed on a new box. Every time I come in, I have to press my box’s number back onto the box’s door because all the PO boxes’ numbers are falling off at this USPS. They’ve been falling off ever since the numbers were peeled and haphazardly placed onto the new PO boxes a year ago. I pay like $250 per year for this shoddy PO box. It irks me to no end that this USPS location won’t do the job right and pay $1 for some glue to get these labels attached properly. It shows no respect for your customers and no respect for the important work for which USPS is responsible.

Every time I go in or call, I’m met with rude, dismissive employees who offer zero real solutions. Instead, they make excuses—blaming “construction” that has already been finished for quite some time. At this point, it feels like no one is taking responsibility or even attempting to fix the issue. How is it acceptable that a post office can simply fail to deliver mail for months and no one is held accountable? This is basic service, and it’s not being done. The lack of urgency, accountability, and professionalism here is honestly shocking. I would not recommend relying on this location for anything important.
