The app had said my package was at this location and he tells me that it’s not here, he didn’t even bother to check or redirect me to where I can go look for my package. He sounded very condescending with his response, very upset and disappointed coming to this location. Will not be coming here again, need better employees with better customer service.

Their carriers repeatedly fail to scan packages they pick up and at least once a month they lose one without scanning it. THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE IN THE STATE. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!
