- SBShaheer BurneyApr 21, 20261.0To corroborate what others have said, this is the slowest USPS office that I have ever been to. Plan to stand in line for at least 30 minutes. Doesn't matter what time of the day or which day of the week you go, the service is incredibly slow. It is not uncommon to stay in line for 45-minutes to an hour. It is partly because the location seems to be perpetually understaffed. The other part is the inefficient service. While the staff is incredibly nice, warm, and helpful, the time to have a detailed conversation with the customer is not when there have 10 people who have been waiting in line for ages. Frankly, I would be okay if sometimes the staff focused on efficiency rather than pleasantry.

The employees are so so so rude and it doesn’t matter if there is 1 person in line or 20. It takes them forever to get through customers. I’ve never had a good experience at this post office.
