  While the company only gets two stars for having only 1 employee and making customers wait way too long.... I still want to acknowledge the employee who assisted me, "Matthew" for his hard work and cooperation at UPS today, he's a nice boy and very helpful and did his job with kindness and professionalism.

  Edit: it appears that I was not the only person in the reviews who had their phones go missing at this store. I never thought I'd have to make a review like this. I used to go to this UPS for all of my returns. I've been there at least 15 times to return stuff. The staff are helpful, until they lose a package. I had a $1,400 cell phone go missing after I dropped it off at this UPS store. It's been 20 days, and it still hasn't been shipped out. When I called the store she said they don't do reports for lost items there, even though their customer service said to talk to them directly. I'm very upset. I had to file a police report and everything. Now I'm using an old phone and I'm out of $1,400. Needless to say, I will not be going to this UPS again.
