The man who works there is friendly but uninterested in getting his customers' packages mailed quickly. Every task takes a long time, and he makes no effort to manage customer flow efficiently. Sometimes he seems more interested in his voice-to-text conversations than in his professional responsibilities. I have switched to the nearby Roseville location, where I can mail a package without having to endure inexorable small talk.

They are closed over lunch and to give some time to sort mail in boxes without interruption, so you have to plan for that, but I've never found it hard. It's also usually only staffed by one person which means you can have longer lines depending on the time/season. But, the staff here are wonderful and will help you out with questions without degrading you which is unfortunately hard to find at a lot of USPS locations. Both Bruce and Connie have helped me and they have also told me different ways I can do things going forward that could make it faster for me. They are truly patient teachers.
